I would like to help you but I need more information. Is your cancer advanced? what was your PSA and Gleason prior to treatment. What were your numbers after treatment, and what are they now? How much have your numbers increased and how many times and over what period of time.

Paul,

I should back up a bit and tell you I was diagnoised with advanced prostate cancer at age 53, three and half years ago. Nine months after radiation treatment my cancer returned. I was able to reverse it holistically.

Hi paul I have advance prostrate cancer like you to but due to ill health I still have my prostrate it still the same cancer as you have so I use alterative treatment similar to holistically treatment for cancer that Dan uses and he’s had grate success with it. as hes in remision now  his doctor told him they cant find any prostrate  cancer in his body also I was told by my doctor that chemo wont work well on the cancer we have so I tried using alternative treatment protocols’ holistically treatment for prostrate cancer is the best one I found as I said it works well on  our type of cancer , If you want to learn a bit more about it go to  http://www.healingcancernaturally.com/   contact Dan he tell you more take care Ray

Dan, Could you be more specific about the holistic approach you are taking. My husband is 53 and was diagnosed 3 1/2 years ago with Stave IV prostate cancer. He's currently taking Casodex 150 mg daily, Avodart, vitamin D, Luperon. He had 6 treatments of Taxotere when first diagnosed and just finished 40 radiation treatments. Despite all that, PSA has been rising steadily for the past year. The level today is 19. We're ready to start looking at alternative treatments.

Paul:

I will guess that your doctor is not an oncologist. An oncologist is most unlikely to dismiss a rising psa in a patient such as you.  If you are not seeing an oncologist then I strongly recommend you find one soon, preferably one who specializes in prostate cancer. Your urologist and radiologist are essentially out of the picture now since their specialties have been insufficient to arrest the disease, at least according to the small information you provide here. Once your oncologist puts you into remission then you can investigate other non-science options if they interest you.
