could anyone please help with some advice we need.my husband was diagnosed with what the physician believes is cholangiocarcinoma.he was scheduled to have a resection of the liver mass on 09/02/08 however he had a positive stress test and the cardiac cath revealed 95% blockage of 1 artery and 80% of another.thus the surgery was postponed.i have phoned the physician's office daily since 09/03/08 to see what do we do now and have not received any calls back.the cardiologist told us the surgeon may not want to operate now as too risky.i don't know what to do next.has anyone ever had this happen to them? i don't know whether to go ahead on our own and get a 2nd cardiology opinion from cleveland clinic.we have been going to the hillman center at upmc/pittsburgh.we were told that surgery was the option as chemo probably would not be effective.we feel so helpless right now.....thank-you....
