RE: Is this cancer coming back?

It is probably too early to tell. It could be a side-effect of the chemo. Usually if the itching is caused by Hodgkin's there will be no rash. Does he have unexplained, drenching night sweats?

Is this cancer coming back?

my 27 yr old cousin(male) just finished his 6 cycles of AVBD treatment in mid July, and he has noticed itching skin lately. he was stage III-a when he started the first treatment. it has only been less than 3 months since he finished the treatment, is this cancer coming back???when he was at the 4th cycle, the CT scan showed no cancer cells but his doctor recommand to finish all 6, and so he did. I am just very worried for him and I wonder what would be the next treatment if the cancer did come back? I'm not sure if he has the strongest will to live, he lost his mother at 15... he was pretty depress during the first treatment.
