Hi, My Mom was dx last Oct. She's had chemo, couldn't do radiation and 4 weeks ago the doctor said she has 2 months left. Her left lung (the pleural area)has filled up with fluid and they drained it last week. They are talking about draining it again and putting in medicine to stop the fluid from building back up. Question.. will that really stop it? I know we are at the point of just trying to make her comfortable. If anyone has any idea or suggestions, it would be appreceiated!
