After Surgery Male Problems

Hi, My husband had surgery in April. The bladder is gone and he is doing well on that score. My question to you is ..is it normal after this type surgey for the testicles to retract into the body more after the surgery. The skin tone on this area is off too. The penis part has a redish area around the normal way that urine used to leave. Other than things being odd, is this something to have looked at? rose
