Pissed off about LEEP

I have a LEEP procedure scheduled for tomorrow and right now I am just pissed off. I read enough messages about it to know I have a crapshoot of whether I have a good or bad experience. I'll just say the Colposcopy I had was unpleasant enough but will leave out the details so I'm not holding out hopes for the LEEP. Last year, 2007, I had a slightly abnormal pap... they tested me for HPV and I came back negative so they just told me to come back in 6 months for a pap... well it actually took me 9 months due to not having insurance for a while in between. This time I needed a Colposcopy and am CIN III. Now I need the LEEP but apparently don't even have HPV. My younger sister has already had to have this done and my mom always had complications with her cervix and uterus. I think it might be genetic (although no-one in my family has progressed to actual cancer). I really just don't want to go tomorrow. Nothing is comforting or will soothe my anger. I don't feel like I did anything to deserve this.
