I bet you, it is either magnessium or Pottasium cloride or vitamin D OYSCO you need. I'm on 5mg Revlimind. I'm  12 months on it. It was my frontline theraphy with dexamethosone.  I do not take the later anymore and only 5mg of Revlimind. The side effect is it reduce my WBC.... Now my WBC fluctuates at borderline and my Dr. say  that ok. Make sure you are also on asprine regiment with  Revlimind. My bone metasise has stabilizes and I'm actually back to Graduate School and work part-time. Last month, I think I was getting too betther and was not really taking my other Medicine (pottassium cloride, Magnessiun and Vitamine D), my rib case , my hand were frequently cramping nad frquently hook up and arresting me. I discovered I was taking expired medfication. I 'm just fine now after I started taking them as prescribed. Revlimind my Dr. said, would depletes some minerals in you.  Good luck.

Thanks for this post.  I have taken large doses of Vit D3.  No potassium though.

I have CLL; the Revlimid became refractory after 5 good years of treatment.  My latest Flow Cytometry and FISH show a newly discovered gene deletion; 17p.  This makes future treatment very difficult and a transplant is the only viable option.  I'm now on the list, but have no idea of time lines, etc.

So good to hear you're doing well on the Revlimid.  My suggestion would be to not REDUCE your dose or miss it but keep it steady.  If your counts begin to rise (lymphs; WBC) then your oncologist should consider an increase.  5 mg is a low dose, but not sure what you're treating (CLL??).

Best wishes for continued health.

I know what cures the cramping ... it's Vitamin B6, as recommended by a rheumatologist. I've been on Revlimid for 2 years now for CLL, also had the cramping. Vitamin B6 knocks it right out. To deal with potential clotting, you should be on at least 2 mg of Warfarin. I was given this by Dr. Asher Chanan Khan at Roswell Park Cancer Center, who has pioneered most of the Revlimid studies for CLL.
