I went and had another CSA test done last week (cervical specific antigen), and it has now dropped another 25% from 805 to 610.  This major drop has convinced my onc to do another scan in April.  I am scheduled for April 13th, and should get my results by the 15th.

I've been feeling fantastic, and am staying very focused that this next scan will show NEC.  Thanks for the support, and for the group.  I will post in April again.

The doctor wants to put my wife on gemzar beginning next week, how did it work for you?

My husband and I paid $6,500 for the all day session with Mr. Kraft.  We also had about $1,200 in travel costs, so about $7,200 total.

It was worth absolutely every penny!!!!  I think we had already spent close to $20,000 out of pocket with our insurance going the traditional route.

If your wife has cancer, I cannot recommend enough seeing Kris or Kurt at cancertouch.com .  I hadn't even heard of them until I stumbled across them here on this cancer website.  I thank god every day that I did.

Well I had to change my scan to the 25th, but finally got my results back today.  Right now there is no change from the last one.  My onc thinks that the scan is picking up dead/scar tissue, but you'd think that they could tell the difference between that and a tumor.  The way he explained it was that while some of the tumor may have died, the scan see's it as still the same, due to the measurements.  That still didn't make sense to me, so I'm gonna call back tomorrow.  Anyway at least things are stable right no.  Still feeling really good....exercising, eating right.   As long as I can feel like this, I'm gonna keep positive about everything.  I don't have another scan scheduled anytime soon.  For now I'm going to keep following my protocol and keep my fingers crossed.

I do not know of Kurt Peterson but please do more research before you spend your money this way.  I am responding to you because my husband has had great success with supplements that come from the nerium oleander plant.  He was diagnosed in August 2010 with the most aggressive form of esophageal cancer,  which had spread to his lymph nodes, liver and bones. Now 8.5 months later, instead of being on his deathbed, he is able to work every day, which he loves, and he is doing remarkably well.  Nerium oleander supplements have been very successful with my husband's very aggressive late stage cancer so just wanted to pass this along to you.  You can check it out online.  Let me know if you want to know more about my husband's wonderful experience with it. 

Taylor and kala2010 I would like to hear your latest updates. When was the first indication after the treatment that you cancer is retreating. Have yo udone any blood tests before PET,CT scans.

Hey Anna,

My next scan won't be until the first week of July.  I feel that I will still have a clean scan, but am also prepared for any disappointments.  I will post the results, good or bad.

I actually felt worse after the treatment for a few weeks.  Then, I slowly started feeling better and better.  Today I've been cancer free for  many months, and plan on staying that way.  I do a number of blood tests, but my doctor feels that a scan is the only accurate way to guage the cancer. 

I got my scan results back today from my scan on Wednesday.  It still shows no evidence of cancer, which now gives me almost 13 months of being cancer free.  My oncologist is stunned as he thought that my cancer would return as I've turned down all conventional treatments this past year after my treatment with Mr. Peterson.  I had a good feeling going into the scan that it would be good news.  I now consider myself to be a "survivor".  I want to thank Kurt and his staff again at Cancertouch.com for all of the great work and follow-up that they've provided.  I cannot recommend them enough to anyone with any type of cancer.
