small cell cervical cancer

Hi ,

I am 44 y/o old and was diagnosed in may 2007  with small cell cervical cancer. I did chemo and radation and currently I am doing very well. Test so far have been clean. Anyone please feel free to email . It helps to know that others are doing well. I am looking for long time survivors. Wishing health and happiness for all.

Would you please tell me what chemo drugs they gave you and in what combination. I wish I had a happy story for. But, it's not. Candise was a 27 year old mother, that left behind three little girls. She was diagnosed with smallcell of the cervix two day after giving birth two the third. She under went a radical hystorectomy plus chemo and radiation. her cancer contiued to spread thru out the treatments. I just need to know that there is hope for others thank you. stay strong

I did cystplatin along with my chemo and radation. I did not recieve the mixture of chemos that other women have. I am not sure if this was a mistake or not. I guess time will tell. I am sorry for your loss. My god bless you and your family.
