Hi everyone,

I have a 5 year old son with metatastic embryonal rabdomyosarcoma. He has been battling for 2 years. He has desease in his left lung and just had 4 tumors successfully removed from his brain. He just started on Temodar oral and ironotecan daily for 5 day cycles. We will do 2 cycles and do a ct of chest and mri of brain in 2 weeks. Stereotactic surgery(radiation) on tumor beds on brain will begin next week. For what he has gone through so far he is still doing well. I feel we have some time to try some different treaments.I have spoken with some naturopaths online and by phone from out of state and 1 doctor from Mexico.

The treatments that were mentioned were'nt, many since his cancer is rare. But all of them mentioned IV Vitamin C therapy,ozone/uv blood irradiation, and photo/sono-dynamic therapy.Does anyone have any experience with these treatment and if so ,where is there a good place someone could recommend in the southland (Longbeach,CA).

Thanks for any help you can give and please pray for Diego

Hi crin4df  Sorry for what you and your son Diego are going through I think the high dose vitamin C iv might be a good idea, I have advance prostrate cancer I take vitamin BIO C  6000 mg my PSA at the time was 9.2 it stayed at 9.2 for a year but when I went on other treatments I had to stop taken the vitamin C for a while next PSA test it went up to  a PSA of 10.2 so while I was off the vitamin C my psa went up one point and my free psa went up from 7.3 to 8.7 as well so the vitamin C was having an efect on my prostrate cancer. the few patient I know who have tryed this all had good reults you can get a gel form of vitamin c they say is just as good as the high dose vet C iv but drue to his young age I think he should be under the care of a doctor hope this helps May god blest you and your son Diego chers Ray

Good morning crin4df .............. It is such a tragedy that your precious five year old should be going through this experience. As a mother I can imagine the range of feelings you must be experiencing through all of this........................................... I personally have had good results using intravenous vitamin c treatments along with other alternative protocols such as diet and supplements. Since we are all genetically unique, we will all have our own particular deficiencies and so I think you are very wise to be looking into seeing someone in the alternative/complementary field of medicine to assess why Diego's systems are out of balance and then make recommendations to rectify the imbalances. Here is a link to a clinic in Long Beach CA ...http://www.casdorphclinic.com/801.html...........which I hope will be helpful to you. I am not personally familiar with Dr. Casdorph but I do trust the source where his clinic is listed........... Please do keep us posted as to Diego's progress...........Blessings to you all......Sheila _____________________________________________________________
