Bcg and Interferon

Has anyone had the combination of bcg and interferon instillations? I had the bcg treatment 5 years ago and was basically wiped out with fatigue and achiness. I am to start the combination tomorrow and am worried about how the side effects will be with the 2 combined.

  I had the combo treatment after the BCG failed to help me. About 3 months apart. It did put cancer in remision for 8 months, But I since have had the RC. But the combo was much worse on me than the BCG. Although we are all diferant yu may do beter. please let me know.

It is to kick up the amune system in the bladder with cancer. To hopefully cure, or at least put it in remition. Don

HI, My husband has been on bcg and interferon for  several years. He started with bcg. It wasn't  very successful.Started interferon also wasn't successful. Went Md Anderson they recommended bcg and infereron together and it has been pretty successful.
