I have been diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma Of the tongue. ( My message is #1 under Head & Neck Cancer… Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the tongue…9/12/05...Garden Angel. ) You can tell I was nervous, I forgot to mention the following:
I am a 62 yr. old female...NEVER smoked, NEVER did drugs nor drank...yet I have "the smokers' cancer" !
I have a tentative appointment at M. D. Anderson Head & Neck Cancer Center in Houston, TX. However, I’m still not sure if I will submit to any Radiation or Chemo, even if recommended…most likely not! My family thinks I should…maybe I’ll be better by the time I arrive and can convince them!
Years before being diagnosed, I was seriously researching "alternative medicine", natural cures, etc. I wanted to start my own business. Lack of capital, discouraged me. But this diagnosis naturally sent me straight to the books and internet again! ( If I’d practiced what I learned, maybe this would not have happened…then, maybe this is my “prompt” to help others & tell them what I‘ve learned…who knows. ) Anyone can find this information…it just takes some time…and when you’re sick, who feels like looking? I hope someone benefits from this info. Maybe you can highlight it, copy and paste into a Works Word Processing Document, so you can refer to it!
I feel that we MUST all do our own homework concerning our health, cancer or not. Here are some things I have done and things I have heard about, and have, or am planning to look up. Maybe, along the way you will find something that triggers a thought, “Hey, this is for me!” God bless you on your search. Remember, this is your body and YOU are the BOSS! (Oh, I hope and pray that I can be so bold! Wanna’ know the truth? I’M SCARED TO DEATH!)
Some Things I have learned:
Everything begins at the cellular level. Any doctor will tell you that (if you ask) . If your cells are healthy, you will be healthy. However, has any doctor ever told you how to keep your cells healthy?
The most interesting thing I have studied is the value of “ESSENTIAL OILS” and OXYGEN to the cells. Essential oils are the subtle, volatile liquids or resins from plants, shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes, and seeds. Because of their fatty makeup, essential oils have the ability to transport oxygen, nutrients and other vital chemical compounds through the fatty cell membrane and into each cell. Also, that an essential oil, when applied to the feet , or otherwise topically, reaches every cell in the body within 21 minutes!
That is pretty awesome to me!
A personal friend who was a “Psych nurse” had colon cancer. Her surgery had left her paralyzed from the waist down. She was already drinking the Tahitian Noni Juice. But friends wanted her to try the oils. She was arguing that she was a health nut already and didn’t need any thing else. But, she told me that she found out that the oils had “frequencies” , so she got them! Well, I didn’t know what she was talking about! I learned that human cells, along with every living thing, have a frequency, or electrical energy. Frequency is a measurable rate of electrical energy that is constant between any two points, of which every living thing has. At a certain frequency, some diseases set in. At a lower frequency, cancer sets in.Does it seem that to raise your cells’ frequencies would be beneficial to warding off diseases, even cancer? My friend is up and running today!
I get so overwhelmed inside a health food store, that I must do research before going there. *Please Note that you must also do your research on how products are developed. All things are not created equal! The oils I am using ( for less than a week, now ) are Dr. Young’s “Young Living Essential Oils”. Just type that into Search and dozens of sites will come up of independent dealers. I always felt that they were too expensive for me to tell my friends about, much less for me! But, how much do we spend on stuff that is bad for us? Now that I have cancer, and am on Social Security, with no pension…
