Prosthesis Lumpectomy

Hello again all:

I'm not looking forward to another lumpectomy and the tumor is right behind the nipple 3cm per MRI.  My question is I'm starting early to look for comfortable a good lumpectomy prothesis.  There is so much out there it is scary.

They also found a lymphnode that may or may not be canerous.  Either way they can take the node but I'm keeping the rest.

Thanks,

Jill

Sorry to hear this. And yes, I can imagine you are scared. But face this now the same way you faced it before - one day at a time, with as much humor as you can manage.

About the prosthesis, take a look at this website:

Call and find out if there is a representative in your area, see if you can get an appointment with them even before your surgery.  They can offer a lot of good advise and reassurance that will help you get through the coming days.

If you are interested in some natural things you can do to fight this cancer, please take a look at my blog:

My regimen isn't meant as a prescription for others, but there are many simple and inexpensive yet effective things I do that others may also find helpful.  Pay special attention to the instructions on selenium, manganese, magnesium, zinc, calcium and vitamin D-3.

Wishing you the best.

Sincerely,

Tre
