T-LGL

My Dad just received his blood results and they confirm he has T-LGL. I do not live in the area and only get information passed to me by him or my mom so as you can imagine its not quite coherent at this point. I do know that 3 weeks ago his lymphocyte count (or something like that) was 37% and this time it went up to 42%. Can anyone help me interpret this information I really can't find much information online or can't exactly figure out the right search words (help with this would be appreciated also). Also there was something about no B something (not very descriptive I know). And finally not that anyone really wants to discuss this but how long do I possibly have with him? Any response would be extremely appreciated. Thank You
