RE: NEED ADVICE

How did the surgery go? I'm sorry I didn't get your message until today. I didn't change her diet really but I think maybe I should. She is on Science Diet, vegatables that I cook and some turkey, lamb, chicken or fish (whichever I make for myself). I am really considering changing her diet, though and will be doing some research. Please let me know how Cain is doing. Carol

Thanks Carole for your reply. Baby Cain is having the surgery tomorrow at 7 am. I am saying many prayers for her. Baby Cain is about 65 lbs. so she is a big girl but also a big baby. Did you change Chelsea's diet after the surgery? It makes me wonder if the dog food that I was feeding her caused the cancer. On 12/19/2008 carolsales wrote:DO THE SURGERY. Chelsea (12.5 year old Sheltie-- only 10 lbs) had the surgery in May, 2008. The surgery went perfect and she was running and playing within days. If you need any more information, let me know. Best of luck. Carol

NEED ADVICE

Hello I wanted to ask some advice. Baby Cain is about 11 years old and I noticed that she was bleeding. I took her to the vet and had tests completed which showed she has a small tumor in her bladder. The vet wants to do surgery but I am not sure what to do.
