My count is now down to 33 !

To all the wonderful people going through this horrible cancer with me, I just wanted to let you know about my treatment and results.

I stopped chemo at the beginning of 2008 as they told me that I was terminal and all the chemo was trying to do was extend my life. I stopped because it was the chemo that was, in my case, killing me. I thought I would just live out whatever time I had left in the best possible way. Around the time of stopping chemo I took a naturopaths advice and started having high doses of  Vitamin C ( 30 grams ), 10mls 8.4% Bicarbonate, ( 400mg ) Alpha Lipoic Acid and Vitamin B17 intravenously every week. My CA125 started to drop slowly which it had not done with any of my chemo treatment. 4 weeks ago I started seeing someone for acupuncture and chinese massage. With both these treatments each week all of a sudden my CA125 took a dramatic drop to 33 ! It is now in the normal range - not bad for someone who the western doctors gave up on a long time ago. This treatment has worked for me and I am hoping that by passing on this information it would work for someone else. No matter what the doctors say these alternate treatments can be used along side of chemo. My doctors tried to use scare tactics on me and tell me that it would cause problems. When my doctor who was administering the Vitamin C researched it he found that the Vitamin C actually helped my chemo to work.

I was not suppose to be here to be spending this Christmas with my 2 year old son, my husband, family and friends. I was not suppose to be about to celebrate my 32nd birthday .... guess what I am still here fighting strong and feeling the best I have felt in years ! Don't give up hope if something is not working for you, take the chance and step outside the circle. I made the decisions to go down the path of treatment that I have and so can anyone !

My thoughts are with all PPC sufferers and their families. May you have the strength to keep fighting this battle until you have won.

My oncologist told me   IV Vit C would burn out my veins

and I dont believe him at all

all he wants is for me to have Chemo, and  he sais unless is it scientifically proven he wont hear of it

I give thanks for your miracle, and being able to spend Christmas with your family

Blessings to you.. and Health in the New Year

You go Girl !!!!!!!  Keep up the hard work and positive thoughts.  I always love to hear the good stuff when there is so much negative with this illness.  It's the negative that has kept me from this board for so long..it gets so hard to take, even when my mother is doing very well with her treatment.  So to come on today and read your message is inspiring and wonderful.

bless you

Are you still doing well?  I am looking for help for my wife.  I hope you are.  Thanks for your reply.
