Ray, there is a Yahoo Group internet discussion group dedicated solely to the topic of the Budwig diet.  To join:

If you have trouble with this link, go to www.groups.yahoo.com and search "Budwig".

 Best of luck to you!

HI thanks for that Ill go there now  Week ago I tried the Apricot seed, zinc, and the enzyme Bromelain,  to me this seem to almost have no effect. but over the last five days I’ve been on the Dr Budwig diet. I’m also having a large glass of carrot juice and eating small amount of raw cabbage every day as well this seems to be having a realy good effect. See how it go’s over the next month or so   I  think its the cabbage as I’ve read that cabbage has two anti-cancer activity compounds Isothiocyanates and indoles  Ive read in a lot of books that the cabbage family know as a Tumor Sworn Enemy. Two weeks from now Ill know for sure with this and  the Budwig diet  looks like I might have found a winner  cheers Best of luck to you to!
