I found a homeopathic remedy that works very well for me. However, I start it when the sores START, to get ahead of it.
There are several remedies for mouth sores, I use Borax, by Boiron. I get it at Whole Foods. But I know you can get it on line. Look it up. Read all instructions on how to take homeopathic medicine. It's so simple and it works.
You're right. Those mouth rinses do not work for me. Period.
