Dear Sir / Madam,

My father (age: 65) is suffering from CholangioCarcinoma (Liver) and has already gone through one year of Chemo-Therapy at Mumbai, India. In September last year we saw some reduction in the Liver Cancer-cell growth, but now it has increased and doctors say Chemo would not solve it. I would like to know the following:
1] Is it in anyway curable & what are the chances ?
2] What is the procedure to be followed for treatment?
3] Which countries are the possible providers of the cure for this desease?
4] Do you think any transplant / radiation could control the growth of these cells?

Looking forward to your reply on the same at the earliest.

 Thanks.

Cholangio is considered a cancer of the bile duct.

Also, if you google or search Cholangiocarcinoma there is a website dedicated to it. I believe it's Cholangiocarcimona.org. There seems to be a lot of good people and information there.

Good luck to you and your dad.
