I was diagnosed with neurowndocrine cancer on Jun 20th, and withh all tests I was diagnosed with carcinoid with mets to the liver. I have alreaady had one surgery where a section of the small intestine was removed and also, 5 tumors removed from the liver. I do have more umors on my liver 6 more to be exact, all range from 2 - 3 cms.
I have app'ts in March with the transplant team where I will be having ttests done to see if I am going to be eligible for a transplant.
Before the surgery I was smoking marijuana and after I had stopped. That was in December 08.
I have had the usual symptoms sweating, flushing, fatigue and until month ago I now I tend to use the bathroom more for #2. maybe 2-4 x a day.
Well anyways, I recenttly started smaoking marijana again, but this time I am noticing that when I smoke it i no longer have the sweating and no flushing, I have more energy and I do eat a little more,
When I don't smokke it I feel the sweating, flusing and do feel nauseated.
I was wondering if anyone with carcinoid uses marijuana or has tried it and if they experienced the same.
