Problem after Diep Flap

One year after having Diep Flap breast reconstruction, I am experiencing continuous lower abdomin pain. Has anyone else had this problem? I've had a colonoscopy done and it was clear, so I can't think of any other reason for the pain other than the Diep Flap.
