II'm sorry you still have dysplasia. The unfortunate part about LEEP is that the hot wire leaves burn marks on the edges of the margins, which can give it a false negatives. So, women who think they had clear margins find the LEEP surgery did not get everything, during the follow-up appointment. I'm sorry you were one of them.
To help you be proactive, please look at all of the lab reports. This will take away the mystery, and knowledge is definitely power! Check to see what you originally had, where it was located, how many cervical quadrants were located, how extensive it was, if it was in the endocervical canal, and if it was in the endocervical glands. Your doctor should have explained all of this to you. But in case that didn't happen, aside from getting a new doctor, immediately, knowing exactly what you had will be your first step in being fully educated so that you can make informed decisions. This will also tell you if your doctor recommended the correct treatment for you.
When you look at the new lab report, check to see where the positive margins are located and what grade of dysplasia you have. That way, you can decide the best route to take in addressing it.
In the meantime, there is a lot you can do to boost your immune system. I'll give you some links.
Tany01 and Chemiszt24 used alternative medicine to clear up dysplasia. This can also be used in conjunction with traditional surgery.

The homeopathy thread also has good information. My personal favorite is the Green Drink.
