Lipoic Acid Intravenous in Florida

My dad lives in south florida and has been diagnosed with liver cancer.  After much consideration he chose an alternative treatment. Several weeks ago he started a lipoic acid regiment, administered intravenously, and is feeling 100% better.  The treatments are on the west coast and uite reasonably priced but the travel is wearing him down is more expensive than the treatments.  He is looking for a similar type facility in florida or at least on the east coast. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. My prayers go out to all of you who are struggling with this terrible disease. thank you and God Bless.

Hi Chris J First let me say how encouraging it is to hear of others opting for alternative protocols and doing well on them. I wish your father continued success. There have been many trials done on alpha lipoic acid and it shows great promise in many different types of cancer as well as other life altering conditions. It is part of the maintenance intravenous vitamin c treatment I receive and has very few reported negative side effects. I personally have never experienced any. You should be able to find a Naturopath or Homeopath or Doctor of Integrative medicine in your father's area that offer this treatment. thank you so much for your time and guidance.  your treatment sounds like it is going well, i pray you will be fully healed and are enjoying life to the fullest. thanks again as my dad means the world to me and i was not finding what i was looking for until you responded.  if you dont mind me asking, what part of the country do you receive your treatments? much peace to you and yours.

Hello Liz, to answer your question, he just received his first program of treatment in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and is due for second treatment in May. If he can't find someone closer here in Florida, he will, ofcourse, return to Las Cruces.
