Hello:
In October I was diagnosed with Endometrial Stromal Sarcoma that has mestasized to my lungs. At present I am on Hormone Treatment, 1 shot a month of Lupron Depot & Femura everyday. I have been on this regime for 3 months, my oncologist is very hopeful that this will knock back the lung nodules. I am having a total hysterectomy the end of March after my next CT Scan to see if this is working at all. I have felt fairly well up until the last week. I have been retaining fluid in my right foot, ankle & leg, and I believe in my abdomen, which has made my breathing really labored and I cannot do anything without getting winded.
Is there anyone out there that has had anything like this rare diagnoses that can give me a glimmer of hope? I am in stage 4b.
