what to ask

hello,

my wife has now being diagnoised with PPC, after reading this site i am very glad i found it,

 she is 43yrs old and we have two boys  what should i be asking the consultant, she hasnt started any treatment yet but has being having tests for 2 mths and has lost a lot of weight,

i would be very gratefull for  your help,

Hi Paul!  I too have PPC. For more messages (and lots of info) go to 'Ovarian' cancer on the main menu. There's postings under 'Primary Peritonel Cancer'.

As PPC is the closest you can get to Ovarian, also take a look under 'Chemotheraphy' - there's a whole bunch of ladies under this title - over 250 messages! Ladies just starting chemo, ladies currently in chemo and ladies dealing with reccurrence. That's where I am every day - we've buildup a wealth of info there.  We talk about 'everything' connected to this type of cancer.
