Tiny pimple like bump on testicle

I examine myself reasonably regularly but never with great thoroughness, usually just a simple quick check.
However, a few days ago I noticed a tiny pimple like bump on my right testicle. It feels exactly similar to a hair follicle bump on the scrotum but it is definitely on testicle it seems. It is possibly slightly larger than a hair follicle there but only very slightly if so.
I have no other unusual symptoms.

I am wondering if I should go to doctor or wait and see if it changes in size or disappears?

Another reason for hesitating is that I am a UK citizen working in US. I have insurance coverage here but I imagine it would still cost a decent amount of money to have it checked. If thats the case I might be tempted to wait a year or so until I went back to UK to have it checked out.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

this kind of cancer is very treatable... But it can spread quickly.. You should see a docter no harm done and then you know for sure..My son was 17 when he found his but needed chemo  which is not fun .So early dection is best go see a docter

Is this type of condition typically malignant? My bf just discovered the same type of pimple-like bump on (in?) his testicle. He plans to see a doctor next week; we are both very worried.
