Hi there,

My Mom asked me to drop you ladies an update that she was admitted to the hospital today (March 3) for approx. one week.

She doesn't want anyone to worry, they just want to try and get her bowels working better before they start this next round of chemo. They want to introduce some steroids and keep her hydrated - this is the best way they can monitor her and more effectively get it all in order.

She will likely have the Doxil before she leaves.

All the best from me to each of you in your personal journeys...

And to leave you with a smile, just wanted to pass on the insider information that my Mom was teased as a child being called "Linda Mae who peed in the hay..."  So I was surprised to find out she is using both names here!  LOL  (I am SO in trouble!  :) )

Cheers!

We won't tell her what you said but I guess she will read it when she returns. Nancy

PS you may write the cancer web site master and they may be able to remove it before she gets home. Wait a couple of days so everyone will get the message about lindamae.
