Viagra after HIFU

I had HIFU 2 weeks ago and I'm doing well. Catheter is out and urinating normally. Today I started Viagra to help the erectile nerves. I got more than half hard with a little stimulation. Are erections with Viagra a good indication that erections will get better without using it?

It's certainly a good sign. Viagra is often used soon after surgery to help with blood flow and the healing process: logically it could also help in the same way after HIFU.
