I would like share an unexpected help to me during my recent cancer treatments…
I was diagnosed with stage IIB cervical cancer (with parametrial invasion) in August 2008, at the age of 41. After many tests, a MRI and a CT scan, it was discovered that I had a 4cm tumor (about the size of a golf ball) located at the top of my cervix. Choosing to confront this head on, I was scheduled for a radical hysterectomy Oct. 23, 2008, which included tissue from the surrounding organs, my ovaries and removal of 49 lymph nodes from my pelvic area. Unfortunately one of the 49 lymph nodes removed tested positive for the spread of cancer. I had no choice but to continue with Chemotharapy Treatment (Cistplatin), in conjunction with External Radiation, then later Brachytherapy.
While recovering from surgery, I began searching the internet for a safe, effcient way to clean out my body, or detoxify, before my Chemotherapy Treatment began in hopes of making it as effective as possible.
A trusted friend working in the health industry recommended a product called liquid zeolite drops; it is a natural detoxing agent which filters impurities and metals out of your body through your urine. A few drops are consumed in water and excreted through the urine taking the garbage that depots in our bodies and organs with it. I continued to use the zeolite for 3-4 weeks, then started Chemotherapy in conjunction with external Radiation (I could not use the drops during chemo because it would remove the platinum metals that is used to deliver my Cistplatnin). My Radiologist and Oncologist said I could take vitamins during my treatment, so I also began a recommended 1 ounce daily dose of high potency nutritional juice supplement; it is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, green tea, and ginseng to name a few. I can’t tell you enough how much this helped my energy levels, I was able to complete all treatments with very little impact to my immune system. My Radiologist was impressed that my immune system maintained as well as any healthy person, my blood platelets never fell to concerning levels, my weight only fluctuated within 10-15 lbs (mostly due to post-surgery recovery) and I never suffered from loss of appetite. The radiation caused a few minor side-effects, like diarrhea, which was not avoided, but thankfully temporary, but thankfully, I also did not suffer from any skin problems related to either radiation treatment (external/internal), which is also a common side effect.
My treatments lasted 9 weeks. I just finished my last treatment, March 6, 2009. I’m back on the zeolite drops to remove the toxic waste and metals that Chemotherapy has dumped into my body. And still taking the nutritional juice, it will remain as part of my daily maintenance forever, my family and friends are also using these products after witnessing my ordeal and remarkable recovery. I feel great! Sharing my experience may be a huge help to others, especially for those braving cancer treatments themselves.
