Abnormal pap smear with normal colposcopy !Help !

Hi and thank you all in advanced, special to Herenow how was here for me always !

A short hystory of my problems !

-april 2008 abnormal pap LSIL(easy to moderate dysplasia)

-june abnormal pap HSIL, biopsy cin1 and cin 2,colposcopy cin 1-cin2, hpv positive type 58

-august 2008 laser vaporization and D&C(the result of D&C comeback normal )

-september 2008 norma pap, normal colpo, hpv negativ

-march 2009 abnormal pap LSIL but normal colposcopy , my cervix look perfectly normal and healthy

My oncologyst make another pap smear and she told me if the pap smear comeback again suspect she will make a coniziation which i dont want ,i suppose my doctor think i have dysplasia in the endocervical canal(she didnt say me this).

My question :Is posible i have dysplasia in the endocervical canal and if yes how this can happend ? In  august 2008 my D&C was normal.

I am so confuze and stress i hit the google but i dont find something similar !

I should worry i have AIS or not ?

Did your doctor do an ECC? In addition, when you mention D&C, do doctors in your country actually dilate the cervix to have a look inside? I think having a look inside, that way, would make it easier for a doctor to actually see how far dysplasia has or hasn't advanced/

I think you need to look at your lab reports, though. I also think you need a different doctor. No doctor should push anything on a patient that makes her uncomfortable. There needs to be a reason to recommend anything, and before that reason is given, the doctor needs to go over all of your options, first, to make sure you are educated.

Does your doctor have access to any of the experimental medication, which has been proving successful at clearing up HPV-caused abnormalities? I don't know how you can access clinical trials, in Europe. But I'm wondering if that is an option for you, especially with the HPV strain you have.

My doctor make the D&C in the some time make the laser vaporization last year in august, not only she look inside on the time of D&C but also she take biopsy or tissue(i dont know for sure the name in english) which she send to the lab, the result comeback normal !I have the lab result the results they are really like i write in the first post !I know she make the D&C because the result of the pap smear was severe dysplasia but the biopsy show only cin 1-cin 2 , and she wanted to be sure is not dysplasia in the canal !

Today i have the apoinment with onother oncologyst from a private clinic, i want to know the opinion of him also !

I dont know how much she know about the new treatments , she dont say me nothing like that !

She make a pap smear and a ECC and a hpv test last thursday , i still wait the results !

The abnormal pap was done to my regular gynecolog and she said to me if also this pap smear from thursday coemback abnormal she will make the conization !

The waiting killing me , special because the results from her  will comeback in 4 to 6 weeks because is a state hospital and seems dont matter i am a private patient and i pay 3 to 5 times more then a normal patient i wait a lot for my result !

U  can tell me please about the new treatment for dysplasia because i want to know more !

I don't know what the website is in your country to see which companies are running clinical trials. But I'll give you the link used in my country.

As a word of caution, some of the clincal trials will require a surgical speciman removed, at the end. That is something you definitely need to find out.
