Sis newly diagnosis

My sister was diagnosis with stage 4 stomach cancer two weeks ago.  We were told with chemo she can expect to live about 10 month's . Without chemo she can expect to live about 3 to 4  months.  She is in her 80's. She has made the decision not to do chemo.  We would like to know what the next few month's will be like.  What to expect, will she need 24 hour help?  She is on a feeding tube, she cannot hold any food down, she throws it up, but she is able to live alone with us coming daily to hook up her feeding tube and help out.  What symptoms will she likely have as the time draws near.    We would like to know what the next few month's will be like- i realize no one knows for sure, but just what others have gone through would help us plan and prepare for all this.  I realize many of you have already been through this journey, and could help us by preparing us what to expect.

thanks so much
