My husband had a whipple in Feb 2005 and has been cancer free since then, he didn't have chemo or radiation, was only in hospital 8 days. For the most part he was doing pretty well, all things considered. We just found that his cancer is back, it's pretty much in the same area. His has had MRI, CT, and PET and the cancer has not spread anywhere else, for that we are grateful. We go back to the Doctor on Monday for a surgery consult.Has anyone one else been thru this?
