What a nice article regarding Trudy and her humor. I had the pleasure of meeting Trudy recently at a gathering of some of our close friends. What a joy to meet her. I also have stage 4 breast cancer and was very down at the time. Trudy was undergoing Chemo treatments and was so positive and happy despite her treatment. We just had a wonderful evening visiting and talking of other positive things.
Positive hope surely helps us all and especially those dealing with cancer. Our disease is temporary and if we don't feel well during treatment, it does get better and sometimes a lot better. We can get our appetite back! We can get our hair back!! We can get out brain back!! We can get our life back!!
