tumor necrosis and bleeding

I finished my 3rd cycle of Sutent and the tumors are shrinking ( yes!) However, one has hemmoreged and I have been passing blood and tissue for the past 5 days. The last 2 days like passing a kidney stone. I went to the emergency room and they did a CT scan -and fixed the pain.  however,  the pain is back without the bleeding but like passing a stone.

Anyone else had this and what happened?

Dear Steve - great your tumours are shrinking. Sorry I can't give you any info re the bleeding, but if you are not getting answers here, may I recommend you ask again on kidney-onc (which you can join on http://cancerguide.org/kofaq/ ) as there is a vast collection of experience, information and advice from a host of RCC patients, carers and survivors.

I'm sure your question will get an answer there.
