Hi all! I'm new here because I've been undergoing some tests. I have a question regarding a Immunofixation, urine test they did on me due to high protein. It's still preliminary, but showing "Faint IGG monoclonal band, present in the ALPHA-2 region." Can anyone tell me what that is? My blood protein seems to be rising weekly. It's up to 9.1. My WBC is up to 12.1, and Platelets to 480,000.
My electrophoreseis blood protein was normal.
