newly diagnosed question on bladder removal

Need some additional information. You may have seen my recent e mail regarding my 72 yr old mother and her recent diagnosis of invasive bladder cancer. she has a grade 3 (out of 3) cells.

Here's my most recent question, how successful is this removal of bladder, female organs nodes? What is chance of this clearing it up or recurrence?
