Discharge and mild cramping are normal. The coffee grounds are just the monsel's paste being shed. But foul smell and excessive cramping means you may have an infection. Your doctor should have told you to watch for this. I think you should consider getting a different doctor. Per regulations, you were supposed to receive a full discussion about this.
Out of curiosity, did you also see the lab report? Did the doctor give you a full discussion of what you had, where it was located, how extensive it was, if it was in the endocervical canal, and if there was dysplasia in the endocervical glands? Did the doctor tell you about the risks and benefits of all your treatment options - cryosurgery, laser, LEEP, and cold knife cone biopsy - before a recommendation? This is a requirement. If you answer "no" to even one questions, then definitely get another doctor.
In the meantime, I truly hope you have clean margins.
