very sick, weight loss, dehydration 2yrs after whipple

My mom had whipple procedure 2 yrs ago and has not been the same since - it was a 13 hr surgery 35 day hospital stay - she is 73 yrs old - cannot do any more surgery - still has a 2cm spot in her pancreas of RCC - has tried nexavar and sutent couldn't tolerate either - dr said we would just keep tabs on the spot and if he began to change - we would consider targeted radiation - it hasn't changed, but she is so very sick every day, cannot eat, the pill regimen she is on is so extensive - not sure it isn't the pills making her sick - she lives out of town so I'm at a loss to help her with meds - has anyone had a similar experience since whipple and have you been able to get any relief from pain/nausea/dehydration? She has lost 21 lbs over the last month and continues to loose weight cause she cannot eat enough - she is on her way back in town this week for 2 week post-hospital stay check up - they will do nothing but take a look, agree she is sick and take away or add a few pills --- i'm so sorry that I cannot help her - I don't know what to say to her or dr's to make a difference - they have ran every test possible and looked in every nook/cranny in her body - she is thinking that they are missing something - they are telling us it isn't the cancer causing these issues - it's contained right now in her pancreas and not changing - anyone have any ideas, it would certainly be appreciated.....I just want her to get some relief...thank you very much --- b
