Tattoo process

HiI have a close relative with prostate cancer.Recently he underwent the pre treatment setup.During the procedure he was told to lie very still which he did. Being hard of hearing the nurse walked beside his bed and he thought she said they were all done so he sat up. She turned around and said "Oh you haven't moved have you" He lay down again and she said "oh never mind" and tatooed him. Now he's really worried that they've tattooed him in the wrong place. He's going to follow up with his doctor , but do others have any information that could help?
