Judben, my husband was dx on dec 23 2008 with rcc 10cm inside right kidney stage 4 both lungs with mets he had kidney removed in feb 2009 started torisel on feb 27 had 9 treatments then ct scan torisel did not work for my husband the mets in lungs grew and another spot on liver that was not their before. starting sutent soon. just remember what works for one person might not work for another as everybody is different.
