      <description>Ive read if our bodies cant absorb dead tissue it calcifies around it. if your saying the patient has a hard calcified structure present in floor of mouth below the myleohyoid area. this is probably what it done since he been doing &amp;nbsp;this since he was 15 years old. the &amp;nbsp;calcified tissue pushers and stretchers nerves&amp;nbsp;causing pain&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;be well &amp;nbsp;Ray &amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>A old man having history of tobacco chewing since 15 years complains pain and difficulty in sollowing.O/E no change in oral mucosa but there is a hard calcified structure present in floor of mouth below the myleohyoid area.no mucosal covering over it.what can be a provisional diagnosis for it ? </description>
