Hey all... I have a question for someone, HOPEFULLY with some answers....
I am 25 years old, and have been reletively healthy... about 8 months ago I had this INTENSE pain in my side.. it was acute and lasted about an hour or so, I ended up in the hospital with what they thought was a kidney stone, but couldn't find it and said I probably just passed it...
Fast forward 6 months and I go in for a routine check with my doc, and after doing some blood work, it cme back that my total testosterone which according to my doc and the lab should be in the 9-49 range was 154! But the strange thing was my attached Testosterone was low (should be in the range 25-75 and was 14).. he was surprised, and didn't know what was going on..
Amonth later I redid the tests hoping it was a mistake by the lab, only to fins that my total testosterone soared to 181, while my attached continued to drop to 9. On Tuesday I am going into the hospital to do a bunch of CT's and other tests, but my doc believes I have Adrenal Cancer. However I have searched the internet for hours and hours on end, and can't really find anything directly linking adrenal cancer and tumors to extremely high testosterone levels...
Does anyone know anything about it???
Thank you for all your help!!!
