My dad had prostate surgery 5 years ago or so, he is still urinating and it is increasing. He wears depends now and is very self conscious. Is there something that can be done? He is 76 years old. he still rides his bike, because his dr told him he could. I think that it might be adding to the problem.

Frequency and incontinence are not exactly the same thing. It sounds like your dad could be incontinent, probably as a result of the surgery. This is a common side effect of the surgery. Medications like Detrol, Ditropan or Enablex can help. There is even a patch which can be worn for 3-4 days called Oxytrol. Ask his doc about these options.
