It's not a pretty dx for sure. The chemo I'll start this week is Taxol/carboplatin duo. The oral meds I'm to take and already filled for use will be dexamethasone, Emend Combo Pak w/2different strengths pre and post chemo, compazine, ativan.   It's  strange, even though I'm a retired RN it's still scary to walk the same path as many of my former patients.  The da Vinci Robot that did my hysterectomy sure had a lot less pain and less healing time because the abdomen wasn't opened; still have some drainage from the umbilicus, had a wound vac applied but the cannister filled up to fast and was a pain to chg.  PeggyLeah Sun, 31 May 2009 00:00:00 GMT
