Sutent stopped working for my husband and he will start 10 mg of Afinitor once daily next week. When is the best time to take it? With or Without food? He took Sutent at bedtime with no food. What side effects have you had? He experienced nosebleeds, mouth sores, and hand/foot syndrome on Sutent. How long have you been on Afinitor? Have you had positive results? Thank you.
