RE: Tcell - ProLymphocytic Leukemia

HI Brandy,My husband has T-PLL, was diagnosed in December of2007, started on sub-q Campath first week of October of 2008. He was told he was officailly in remission first week of March of this year. He is nowon a maintenance program with continuing Campath gradually decreasingthe dosage. He will undergo a bone marrow transplant sometime laterthis year.Right now he feels well but we are still cautious about crowds and exposure to anyone who has a cold or any type of infection. I would be glad to share our experiences and be part of your support. There are so few cases of this disease it is helpful to find those to connect with.We are just across the border from you and have close friends in Hamilton. Looking forward to hearing back from you and maybe even meeting some day?Blessing and hugs being sent to you... Shirley

My husband was diagnosed with T-PLL 12 months ago. Apart from Campath induced CMV in January he's doing quite well. He has had to stop Campath again due to low bloods. He'll have another bone marrow biopsy in six weeks. So fingers crossed. I'm sending you lots of good blessings from this side of the world. Let me know how I can help :)
