Doctor recommendation

I have a 40ish year old friend with two small children who has recently been diagnosed with ampullary cancer.  From reading the messages on this board, it sounds like finding the right doc is key. 

Who do you recommend?  She lives in the Boston area, but may be able to travel across country for treatment.

Dr. Lenz at USC in Los Angeles.  He has been treating my mother for the past year -- she presented with Stage III ampullary, had a whipple.  He is amazing, great attitude, and does not give up.  Highly recommended!  Good luck and keep fighting -- it's worth it!
