I would like to know of experiences with cisplatin which(?)  caused lowered Magnesium levels  and consequently a left-sided seizure with a resultant right brain infarct.  My husband has subsequently experienced low Mg+ levels which have responded unsuccessfully to replacement magnesium via intravenous infusion.....Although he also HAD atrial fibrillation on hospitalization I am reluctant to assign the case of the stroke to his heart.

I think all the chemo drug (platinum base drug) caused / alter your body generattion of electrolytes.  My mom is the same thing, to be exact, she is short of potassium (could due to diarreah & lasix water pill too), magessium, phosphate, all main ion electrolytes.  Somehow my mom's body is o longer able to retain those in her body anymore...   I just dont think it is a sign of stroke.

IF you said stroke, why dont you google or go to healthline.com for info on mini stroke signs info to reassure yourself.

Take care,

Victoria
