New Diagnosis of Sarcomatoid (Spindle cell) Carcinoma

Hi My dad is 73 yrs old; soon to be 74 in Aug. He has just be diagnosised with Sarcomatoid (Spindle cell) Carcinoma. This was just dx on Friday and today is Fathers day :( He does not know yet about the cancer but with find out tomorrow. The doctors call me early to advise me. :( This is on his left lower lob. He has a VERY bad shortness of breath cough. I guess the next step will be to see a cancer doctor. What is really crazy is my mentally slow brother is still overcoming nasalphargeal cancer. Any one that has any info please help. I don't know what is next or to expect. I'm 35 and have never had to deal with death of a family member this close and I have no clue about death. I'm scared !!!!
