Clinical Trial?

My brother dx with colorectal cancer with liver and lung metastates.  Has undergone chemo tx, but a recent biopsy showed his cancer had mutated so he's no longer a candidate for chemo according to oncologist.  We're looking for a clinical trial.  Any help would be so appreciated.

Have you looked into phase 1 clinical trials? My father who is stage 4,was diagnosed in Oct 2007 and has now run out of treatment options.  He is doing a trial next week which looks very promising. It is a trial with a virus which kills cancer cells but does not attack normal cells. His doctors are very optimistic, they already did a previous trial with this virus and had great results with colon cancer. Here is a link to the this trial:

 How about a new treatment that came on the market year ago, called TARGET THERAPY,  this is what my wife is on  she is on Vectibex..  also for clinical trials, is there a cancer hospital near you? if so  call them.. Do not give up and keep fighting and be positive...
